The objective is to identify and nurture top talent to ensure a robust leadership pipeline within the organization through assessment/development Centers, gap analysis, performance/potential mapping, individual development planning, executive coaching, mentoring, strategic workshops, job rotations, rising star identification programmes, Jindal Lead Management Trainee Program (JLMT) and the like.
