  • Reduced IMR and MMR through Vatsalaya outreach programme. In all adopted 38 villages with the support of 49 Village Health Volunteers (VHVs)
  • VHVs facilitated 437 institutional deliveries and vaccination of 2468 children. It conducted 1011 community, 1014 adolescent girl, 191 Panchayat and 831 school meetings in addition to 7580 home visits.
  • Reached patients in remote villages and conducted 453 rural health camps with a mobile dispensary. In all 22976 patients were examined of which 10968 male and 12008 female patients were treated. 650 patients were referred to PHC/District Hospital
  • 27 malnutrition eradication camps and ANC camps were organized to address malnutrition among children below five. 1207 children benefited from this programme
  • Augmented food supplement for 400 extremely malnourished children
  • Seven dental check-up camps, five school check-up camps, three mega health camps, four LTT/NSVT camps , two hemoglobin test camps, three pediatric camps and two Sickle cell anemia camps were organized benefiting 5944 patients
  • HIV/AIDS awareness week featuring street plays, quiz competitions and pamphlet distribution was held touching around 10000 people
  • 465 patients benefitted from the 2X7 emergency ambulance service of CSR
  • Actively supported government pulse polio eradication programme by facilitating 765 children to reach the booths
  • 165 poor patients were extended financial support for treatments of various ailments
  • A total 3469 patients were treated in “Sanjivani” Rural Health Care Centre at village Salihabhata
  • 10 road safety awareness programmes for villagers and truckers were organized in the mines area sensitizing approximately 5000 people
  • 45 health awareness programmes addressing approximately 7000 persons, were organized on malaria, filaria, anemia, sickle cell anemia, cancer, drug-di-addiction, population stabilization, breast feeding, child care, safe drinking water and sanitation addressing approximately 7000 persons
