JPL’s corporate governance philosophy is derived from its values and ethical conduct. We believe that corporate governance and ethics are overlapping aspects and cannot be seen in isolation.
The Group Code of Conduct (CoC) details the model code, which governs our operating principles as employees, managers and business associates. In the last two years especially, JPL has made significant progress in the direction of putting in place well defined decision making structures. The highest governing body responsible for framing and implementing corporate governance policies is our Board of Directors (‘Board’), which has constituted six committees that meet regularly.
Board Committees of JPL
In order to complement corporate governance at a functional level, we have an integrated strategic and operational governance structure. Meetings and deliberations at these levels ensure timely and appropriate decision-making and help drive collective change in an efficient and effective manner.
